What is Softwrap™?

SoftWrap™ is a user interface integration utility, which abstracts the user from the original line-of-business applications. It acts as a new user interface, hiding the existing applications, and interacting with them through UI, and also acts as a UI-middleware, allowing for creating business rules and processes around those interactions.
Typical usage of Softwrap™ would be in call centers, or any environment where users are supposed to use a high number of applications.
SoftWrap™ can be integrated with CCF (out of the box adapter for CCF is available).

Softact Adapters Suite® for Microsoft Customer Care Framework (CCF) is a set of adapters that allow for integration with applications and technologies with limited or no default support by CCF. For example, the Softact CCF Java Adapter is an adapter that allows CCF to seamlessly host and automate Java applications. It is XML driven, and requires no development skills to work with it.
