Softact training programs focus on enhancing the knowledge acquisition experience by working with the attending team in implementing and performing their work duties as part of the course program. This highly-interactive approach accelerates the effective use of knowledge and efficiency of the staff.

Group Training
This multiple one-day activities provide jumpstart learning acquisition with hands-on practice to the entire team on fundamental common-requisites knowledge.
1-on-1 Mentoring
These as-needed activities are on-the-job customized mentoring of staff to achieve results. The activities include teaching and establishing a personal knowledge log for each team member.
Results Verification
Throughout the engagement, an on-going weekly report is provided on progress and accomplishments that verified achieving self-knowledge and capacity. The measurements look at the acceleration of the different team member’s learning and work achievements.
Support
Post engagement on-going support continues thought phone, email and reviewing work progress.
